Returns & Exchanges

Sorry to hear that you are planning to return or exchange an item. If you do not find the information you are looking for below, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help!

You can return or exchange any item purchased in store or our website either by mail or in person at our Boston location.  We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.  *Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item by mail, please indicate the reason for the return or exchange on the back of your packing slip or receipt. You will receive your receipt back. Or email us at orders@cheersboston.com *Customers are responsible for return shipping costs*

There is a $7.00 re-stocking fee. Please call us if you wish to use a Credit/Debit card to pay-by-phone. Or mail a check or money order payable to "Cheers Boston" to:

Damaged Items

We apologize if you received damaged, defective, or non-functional merchandise (either from our retail location OR online) and we will do everything possible to resolve this issue.

We request that you provide proof of the damage/ defect in the form of a photograph. (e-mail attachment.)

A replacement will be sent out at no additional cost if proof of damage is provided and determined to be a manufacturing defect or caused by shipping breakage.

Wrong Item

If you received an incorrect size or different item than what you purchased, please contact us directly via email or telephone.
