Order Tracking

  • If you placed an order online, you should receive a total of 4 emails during the order & shipping process. Please check your spam and other folders. Call or email us with any questions.


  • If you purchased items in our Boston Gift Shop and shipped them, please click HERE.



Email #1: Order Confirmation

Subject: New Cheers Boston Order Notification - #Order Number

               This email is your itemized receipt and proof of payment.


Email #2: Order Shipped

Subject: Your order with Cheers Boston has shipped

Once our shipping team packages and prints a shipping label, your order will then be marked as ‘Shipped/ Fulfilled/ Awaiting Pickup'.


Email #3: Tracking Information link

Subject: Your order from Cheers Boston is shipping

                This is an automated email that is sent AFTER a shipping label is printed. We only print the shipping label once your order has been fully packaged.


Email #4: Delivery Confirmation

Subject: Your order from Cheers Boston has been delivered

                Once the carrier (USPS or UPS) scans the package as “delivered” in their system, you will receive this email.
