Shake Things Up at Our Bourbon Cocktail Class This February
If your idea of a perfect winter evening includes expertly made cocktails, good food, and a lively bar atmosphere, we have just the thing for you. Join us at the Cheers Boston Set Bar on Saturday, February 21st for an interactive Bourbon Cocktail Class that blends hands-on learning with all the cozy vibes of a night out.
Whether you know your way around a mixing glass or are just getting curious about cocktails, this class is designed to be fun, approachable, and memorable. From 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM, our bar will transform into an intimate learning space where guests can sip, snack, and stir alongside our talented mixologists.
What to Expect
Throughout the evening, you’ll learn how to craft three classic bourbon-forward cocktails, guided step by step by our expert bartenders. You will get behind the bar, work with premium ingredients, and pick up techniques you can easily recreate at home. No pressure, no pretension, just great drinks and good company.
The cocktail lineup includes:
Two variations of the Manhattan, highlighting balance, technique, and bourbon character
A Rye Espresso Martini, rich, smooth, and perfect for winter nights
All ingredients and tools are provided, including Triple Oak Angel’s Envy, vermouth, bitters, and everything else you’ll need to build each drink with confidence.
Snacks, Sips, and Good Company
To keep you fueled throughout the class, we’ll be passing chef-curated appetizers and offering a cheese display that pairs perfectly with the cocktails you’ll be sampling. Each guest will enjoy three tasting portions of the cocktails made during the class, plus access to a cash bar for anyone looking to explore beyond the featured drinks.
